Minimum stay of 2 nights.
In the period from 22.12. to 08.01. minimum stay of 4 nights.
Check-in time till 4pm, check out till 10am.
VAT and tourist tax are included in the price.
Using bicycles is included in the price.
Pets are not allowed.
Additional charges:
Cleaning: for all reservations less than 7 nights cleaning fee is €500 per stay.
Pool heating: In the period from 01.10. until 01.05. the pool is heated as needed, the pool heating fee is €125 per night. In the period from 1.6. until 30.9. pool heating is not charged.
The security deposit is 2,000€ paid in cash upon arrival (the deposit is returned at the end of the lease, reduced by any additional costs, utilities and telephone fees, and if applicable - any damage of property).
Possible additional services (maid, driver, cook...) are charged separately.
